​How Do I Place An Order?​

First contact us at sales@inkitohio.com,or (440)298-4200. Then we can discuss quantities, the design you have in mind and what your order timeframe is. From there we can give you more accurate price, and the best route to go.

 

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order for screen printing is 25 shirts with some exceptions. Any shirt order less than that will be done with heat transfer.

 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

To secure your order we do require a 50% down payment on all orders. It can be waved if you are a recurring customer. Prior to any printing we require customers to okay art work, and design placement in writing. We do accept Cash and Credit Card. Deposit is only fully refundable if: 1) GARMENTS have not been order (Shipping, and restocking fee will be taken from initial deposit). 2) ARTWORK CREATION, DIGITIZING, or ART ADJUSTMENTS have not been made (any art fee accrued will be taken from deposit first).

Payment & Shipping

Before any part of order ships full Payment is required. All shipping prices will be added post printing due to the fact that we cannot get an accurate weight till the boxes are filled, and ready to go.

 

Returns & Refunds

Production time is normally 10-15 business days, but may extend during peak season. Rush fees apply at 5 days or less. Ink-It Ohio claims a spoilage/damage allowance of 2% or 3 pieces, whichever is higher. Damage claims and reorders MUST be made within 5 business days or will be considered a new order. We do not offer refunds on customized apparel, but we will produce replacements if the claim is made within the given time frame, any items that need to be replaced will be returned to us. Please allow for an additional standard turn around in such cases.

Artwork Submission

All artwork must be sent via AI, EPS, PSD, or PDF file and must be high resolution, 300 DPI or higher. Any tweaking on our end will potentially result in a $15 fee. First virtual proof is free, any additional proofs are $5 each.

 

Art Design

We do offer some art design starting at $60 per hour, with a minimum half hour. If the project requires a lot of work, please contact us and we may be able to work something out. No art design will begin without deposit.
